TWO-ROOM "TREE HOUSE" WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS

This charming Tree House is built on large, tall posts above the trees, and is a cozy, two-room space with spectacular views of the ocean, coastline, mountains and forest. The main room is a bedroom and small-sitting area combined and is completely screened in. It has a double bed, a closet and small bathroom with hot-water shower. There are two canvas camping chairs with armrests and a small table for sitting/reading. There's also a small table that seats two which can be used for eating meals or as a desk. There's a screen door to an open-air, fully-equipped kitchen, combined with a small balcony area. The kitchen has a brand-new, small refrigerator (not the small office size, but the medium-sized office fridge) a 3-burner stove, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, all dishes and pots and pans. Down a private path, 50 meters below, is the famous Montezuma River with small to huge waterfalls and swimming holes. We designed this Tree House to have a full cross breeze in all directions which is delicious in this hot climate. Its at least 10 degrees cooler up here than down the hill in Montezuma. There's almost always a breeze, either from the ocean or coming up from the River -- delicious!!! For an additional charge, a television can be provided.
